Canned Food Drive
Serve Wenatchee Valley represents a collaborative effort of over 39 churches within the Wenatchee Valley. Our aim is to be the hands and heart of Jesus Christ – ministering in very practical ways to people in need living within our valley. Programs include the provision of food, non-food items, furniture, children’s clothing, baby furniture, rental and power bill assistance, recycled bicycles and more.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Bob Shepard our staff and volunteers work in partnership with other community agencies to provide a compassionate, prayerful, non-judgmental atmosphere that communicates the grace and love of Jesus Christ in word and deed. Annual collaborative efforts include: Back-To-School Clothing Giveaways, Thanksgiving meals, Free Dental Day, Apple Blossom “Safety Zones” and All-Valley Worship and prayer events.
