In 1979, Cam and Susan McNeill began sweeping & repairing chimneys, installing and providing service for fireplaces and stoves. Our family business began with a handful of chimney sweeping customers and soon grew to support the demand for fireplace products and spas. Our two sons, Paul and Brian, helped to carry on in the family business.
Chim Chimney Fireplace & Spa specializes in Soapstone Stoves by Hearthstone and Lopi Stoves as well as Clearwater Spas. Our showroom has NCW’s largest selection of fireplaces, stoves and chimney venting/pipe. If you want the job done safely and professionally, please don’t rely on anyone without a lifetime of experience. There are times that we find ourselves very busy, but please be patient and always remember that our customers remain our number one priority in all that we do!
On average, we service over 400 customers’ per year with our own installers and service technicians. We truly do service what we sell for a “turn-key” experience. Our newest and most popular product showcased is the Soapstone Stove by Hearthstone. The heat quality of stone is gentle, even and comfortable; you can sit close to a soapstone stove without getting the uncomfortable blast of heat you would feel from steel. The surface temperature is also less hot, which is a safety advantage, particularly for homes with young children. Soapstone also has attractive veining and other naturally created patterns, which are one-of-a-kind decorative elements. When it is exposed to high temperatures, its rich colors can actually deepen over time. Stone stoves are also known to consume much less wood and will radiate heat for hours after the fire has gone out!

Keyhole Security
A Rich Heritage
In 1942, Archie and Mary Lodge opened Wenatchee Cycle, selling and repairing bicycles. In 1948 Archie was looking for additional business in the slow times, he purchased a key machine for cutting keys and set up shop in a small 4’ x 8’ booth in the back of Wenatchee Cycle. He nicknamed the booth “the keyhole.” After many years of growing and developing the Locksmith business, Archie’s son, Ron, and his wife, Jeanne, turned the small booth into a thriving security business.
Two Divisions of the Company
Keeping with our core tradition, the Locksmith Division is proud of our part in providing physical security to thousands of homes and businesses. With our full staff of locksmiths, field service technicians, a retail store, contractor sales, safe sales and service, automotive lock & key service and high security master key systems, we are able to meet most any security concern.
In the early 1980’s the Lodges’ decision to include electronic security as part of the business proved to be a wise one. Our Electronic Security Division has matured into a thriving business of its own, installing commercial and residential burglar alarm systems, commercial fire alarms, 24-Hour alarm monitoring services, card access control, HD video surveillance, gate operators and power door openers.
Our Approach to Security
Every camera, alarm system, lock, card reader, safe, or anything else we sell, is first brought into our store to be installed, tested and inspected by our technicians. We do not sell it unless we would put it in our own house or business. The security industry produces a large quantity of novelty items that look good in the packaging, but do not deliver quality and reliability.
