NCHBA Associate of the Year

This is one of the highest honors that our membership can bestow upon an associate member. The nominee must be a representative of an NCHBA member in good standing. He or she must also demonstrate continued involvement in our local association. The associate should express the highest levels of professionlism, integrity and ethical business practices - an asset to their industry.

Jim is passionate in his support of the builders and the work that NCHBA does in advancing the industry and our members. He spends countless hours of his time sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience to help improve the business climate for not only our members, but the industry overall. Because of Jim's experience, integrity, background and appreciation for politics, he continues to be a fantastic resource to the organization in the realm of political and governmental affairs, too! Personal property rights, as well as working to reduce unnecessary regulations on small business are near and dear to Jim's heart, and our members reap the benefits of the efforts he invests into the NCHBA.
