As the chief executive officer for NCHBA, Marc recommends and participates in the formulation of new policies and decisions, in cooperation with its Board of Directors. This includes promoting and administering NCHBA, BIAW and NAHB programs to the association's membership. In addition, he works closely with both the state and national associations in developing and coordinating legislative, regulatory and political efforts, while maintaining relationships with government officials and agencies influencing the construction industry.

Before coming aboard at NCHBA, Marc spent six years serving as chief operating officer for a regional company in Southeast Washington. In addition, he has been a small business owner and has served various capacities in the financial services industry. Both he and his wife were born and raised in North Central Washington, and are thrilled to be able to raise their four children here as well!

Regarding NCHBA membership, Marc simply states, "if you are a professional serving the construction industry in any manner‚ you can ill-afford to not be a member of this premier organization". Marc, his staff and the entire NCHBA Board of Directors are 100% dedicated to the success of this organization and its members.
