All NEW companies (not enrolled for the 2012-13 plan year) will be required to attend the "Help Us Help You! The ABCs of Claim Management" seminar as a condition of enrollment prior to the end of the 2013-14 plan year. For a list of class dates and times please Click here.
R.O.I.I. is now R.O.I.I. Select. Beginning with the 2011-12 enrollment year, the following changes have been made to the program.

New R.O.I.I. Select Program RequirementsBIAW has operated an R.O.I.I. Select group with very similar requirements for the past seven plan years and the refund results have been outstanding. Companies that agreed to the Light Duty and Kept on Salary requirements, like those listed above, have received refunds averaging 51.8%. Now this program will be extended to companies that pay more than $10,000 in annual L&I premiums.
