MEMBERSHIP POLICY
A membership is defined strictly as an builder or associate membership.
NCHBA guarantees that all builder or associate memberships are valid for one year from the purchasing date. At the end of one year, access to any exclusive membership materials, downloads, and content will be revoked and the membership must be purchased again.
All memberships are valid immediately upon credit card verification. An NCHBA PIN will be issued within 2 business days and follow-up collateral may arrive within 30 days via mail.
TAX POLICY
Tax will be applied to purchases for residents whose billing address is in the State of Washington.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel orders for builder or associate memberships within 30 days of purchase. If a customer cancels an order for a magazine or membership before it has been processed, the order will be canceled and no funds will be debited. If the order has been processed, a refund will be credited to the charge card used to make the purchase.
